These terms govern your use of the Nuhra Studio website and applications ("the services"). By using the services, you accept these terms.

1. Use of the services

You may use our apps for their intended personal or professional purpose. You agree not to misuse the services, attempt to disrupt them, or use them in violation of applicable laws.

2. Not professional advice

Our apps are tools, not a substitute for professional advice. For example, a finance tracker helps you organize your own figures but does not provide accounting, tax, legal or investment advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

By default, the data you enter stays on your device. You are responsible for backing it up. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

4. Purchases

Some apps offer optional paid features ("Pro"). Purchases are processed by Google Play under its own terms, including its refund policy. Prices and what each purchase unlocks are shown in the app before you buy.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, the Nuhra Studio name, logo and content are the property of Nuhra Studio. These terms do not grant you any right to reuse them beyond normal use of the services.

6. Warranty and liability

The services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Nuhra Studio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of the services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Any significant change will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
